Are third party fees included?
No. Legal, notary, escrow, and management fees are paid directly to those providers. The good news is we only work with vetted partners who charge fair, local rates. No surprises and no tourist markup.

Can I just do everything myself?

Can you help me get financing?

Do you earn commissions from agents or developers?
No. We work for you. If a partner offers a referral fee, we disclose it or decline it. Advice stays aligned with your goals.
Will you negotiate for me?
In Navigator Complete we support strategy and offer structure, and we coordinate with the lawyer and the agent through the back and forth. In Navigator Guided we prep you so you negotiate with confidence.
Do you review contracts and titles?
A vetted local lawyer handles the formal legal review. We coordinate that process, track the documents, and keep you updated in plain language. You pay the lawyer directly.
What if I do not speak Spanish?
No problem. We keep you in the loop in English and make sure your providers can work with you comfortably.
Can you guarantee off market deals?

What happens after I buy?
